Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Opportunity
Racine, WI | 2026–2027 School Year
We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Racine, Wisconsin for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
• K–12 caseload
• Full-time school-based assignment
• Competitive compensation at $50/hour
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide evaluations, therapy services, IEP participation, and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress and strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
Requirements:
• Active Wisconsin SLP license and DPI certification required or in process
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
