A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Middle River, MD. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct assessments and testing to identify communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams during IEP meetings
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address student-specific goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working with elementary school-age children in an educational setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
- Ability to work full-time, 35 hours per week, in an in-person setting
