Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Merrill, OR

Required Qualifications:
- Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oregon
- Experience or familiarity with school-based SLP services for K-12 populations

- Proven ability to provide mentorship and supervise staff or students within therapy programs
- Commitment to fostering student progress and collaboration with school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to K-12 students, adapting to a wide range of developmental levels
- Supervise and mentor other SLPs, assistants, or interns, supporting their professional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs and implement IEP goals
- Complete required paperwork, progress tracking, and ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide consultative support, intervention planning, and creative problem-solving within the educational setting
