School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Fresno, California

You’ll center your expertise at a supportive campus, serving a diverse caseload of 60–65 students, including 25–30 with speech-only needs, and likely receive SLPA assistance. The environment fosters collaboration—your ability to manage high caseloads and a flow of referrals will be crucial to student progress and program success.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for CF supervision (SLPAs not considered for this role)
- At least 2 years of recent experience within California schools
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience utilizing the SEIS system for case management
- Experience supervising SLPAs in partnership with facilitators is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills to balance high student volumes and referral demands
- Open to both monolingual and bilingual SLPs
Key responsibilities:
- Provide on-site speech/language therapy to a dynamic elementary-age caseload
- Complete evaluations, develop individualized plans, maintain detailed SEIS records, and implement interventions
- Collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and support personnel
- Offer knowledgeable supervision and guidance in environments supported by SLPA staff (as applicable)
- Uphold best practices and compliance standards in all therapeutic activities
You’ll enjoy a highly competitive hourly rate commensurate with your language skills—$65/hr for monolingual and $71/hr for bilingual proficiency.
