Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Massachusetts SLP license
- Valid MA DESE Educator license
- Eligible for or holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students is highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for speech and language disorders in an elementary school setting
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and regularly monitor student progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support students’ communication needs
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language needs within the school community
