Caseload: Approximately 35 elementary students
Position Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team in the Lake Zurich area for a mid-year assignment. This full-time role supports a stable caseload and offers the chance to step into a well-organized, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students with a range of needs

Perform evaluations, update progress reports, and support eligibility decisions

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized service planning

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Partner with teachers, school staff, and families to reinforce student progress
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Illinois SLP License
-
Professional Educator License (PEL)
-
School experience preferred but not required
