A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting in La Crosse, WI. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on-site with a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluation, therapy, and support to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize teletherapy as needed to supplement in-person services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and contribute to the school’s support services
Qualifications:
- State SLP License and State Teaching Certificate required
- Valid State Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in pediatric SLP and school-based caseloads
- Ability to deliver teletherapy services is a plus
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
Position Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- On-site, no remote option
- Contract duration for the school year
- Competitive hourly pay range of $45-$50, based on experience and specialty
