Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide recommendations
- Promote effective communication skills to enhance academic and social success
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC certification required
- Experience working in K-12 schools preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children and adolescents
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
