This position is onsite within a school environment, serving early childhood students with a full caseload of 50-60 children. The role focuses exclusively on providing therapy, with no responsibilities for evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to early childhood students
- Manage a full caseload focused strictly on therapy sessions
- Collaborate with team members to possibly adjust caseload distribution
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school settings with early childhood populations
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 60 students delivering direct therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
Location and Work Details:
- Onsite position in Kansas City, Missouri
- Approximately 35 hours per week
- Contract through May 29, 2026
