Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Milton, WI

Key skills for this opportunity include experience in school-based speech-language pathology, pediatric therapy, healthcare SLP, and teletherapy. Candidates holding their CCCs or completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply. Please note: positions are not open to SLPAs at this time.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and relevant state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience with elementary-aged populations in school or healthcare settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Willingness to relocate or commute, with the area situated about an hour from Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago, and close to historic Rockford
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students with a range of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and orientation activities
