Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Houston, TX 77072
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: $48-$53/hour (W2)
Position Type: Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility (4 days onsite / 1 remote)
Start: ASAP – End of School Year

About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in the Houston area. This role includes direct therapy, supervision of an SLPA, and participation in required school-based compliance processes.

Caseload & Responsibilities:

  • Approximately 45 students on caseload

  • Provide direct therapy services

  • Supervise assigned SLPA

  • Prepare ARDs for all students on caseload

  • Attend speech-only ARDs

  • Attend weekly compliance and monthly speech department meetings

  • Participate in Dyslexia screening for Kindergarten and 1st grade in the Spring

Requirements:

  • Active SLP License in Texas or SLP-Intern License

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Previous school experience preferred

  • Ability to supervise a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

  • Must provide:

  • Resume

  • Proof of licensure

  • Completed supervisor reference (if supervising)
