Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Houston, TX 77072
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: $48-$53/hour (W2)
Position Type: Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility (4 days onsite / 1 remote)
Start: ASAP – End of School Year
About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in the Houston area. This role includes direct therapy, supervision of an SLPA, and participation in required school-based compliance processes.
Caseload & Responsibilities:

Approximately 45 students on caseload
-
Provide direct therapy services
-
Supervise assigned SLPA
-
Prepare ARDs for all students on caseload
-
Attend speech-only ARDs
-
Attend weekly compliance and monthly speech department meetings
-
Participate in Dyslexia screening for Kindergarten and 1st grade in the Spring
Requirements:

Active SLP License in Texas or SLP-Intern License
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Previous school experience preferred

Ability to supervise a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
