We are currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Houston, Texas area. This is a full-time, on-site school-based position offering the opportunity to support students in achieving meaningful communication and academic goals.

Position Details:

  • Location: Houston, TX and surrounding school districts

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours

  • Setting: On-site in a school-based environment

  • Start Date: 8/13/2025

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hour, with increased rates based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments in compliance with Texas education standards

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals

  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication development

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs will be considered

  • Prior school-based experience is highly preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
