Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, In-Person – Hingham, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person position in Hingham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to support students’ communication development, enhance functional skills, and promote meaningful academic growth. The ideal candidate will have school-based or pediatric experience and a strong commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility, reevaluation, and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support consistent use of communication strategies

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements

Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development

Prepare therapy materials and assist with organizational tasks related to service delivery
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility to obtain

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
