SLP Contractor for Oregon Special Education Cooperatives Remote
Support Oregon’s Special Education Cooperatives as a fully remote 1099 SLP. These cooperatives serve multiple districts and often require specialized support across student populations. You will bring your clinical skills and flexibility to serve a diverse and dynamic caseload. This role offers a high degree of independence while remaining deeply collaborative with partner schools. Experience working across multi-district or cooperative settings is a plus.
Duties:

Manage therapy services for students in multiple rural and urban districts

Conduct eligibility assessments with varied evaluation tools

Prepare documentation for multiple district platforms

Coordinate services across district calendars and schedules

Offer virtual consultation services for paraprofessionals

Train district personnel on speech-language red flags
-
Create crosswalk tools to support compliance in varying settings
-
Manage high-need cases and participate in manifestation determinations

Lead transition and exit planning meetings virtually

Submit Medicaid documentation as per district consortium guidelines

Support districts during audits or file reviews
-
Deliver make-up therapy through creative telehealth activities
-
Maintain fidelity to IEP timelines across service partners

Provide periodic “push-in” virtual lessons when requested

Support ESY planning and service delivery

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
