A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a contract duration from ASAP through 5/28/26 in Prince George, VA. This opportunity serves K-12 education settings, primarily focusing on elementary and middle school levels with a caseload at a single school site. There are three openings for this role.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience as an SLP in school settings preferred (elementary or middle school)
- Credentialed as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or School SLP are highly desirable
- Ability to manage caseload effectively at one school site
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and local education regulations
