Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Choctaw, OK

A healthcare facility in Choctaw, OK, is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide services in an elementary school setting. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to work directly with pediatric clients in both healthcare and educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions for students.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver direct services in-person within the elementary school setting.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Support speech and language development through teletherapy as needed.
- Comply with all relevant healthcare and educational regulations and standards.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or current Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification.
- Experience working in school and/or healthcare settings, including pediatrics.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience welcomed.
- Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Elementary school located in Choctaw, Oklahoma.
