School-Based SLP | Grants Pass, Oregon

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Oregon SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience working in schools with a K-12 caseload (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing in-person services (remote opportunities not available for this assignment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy for a range of communication disorders
- Consult with educators and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Engage positively with students from diverse backgrounds
