Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Contract Position in Grandview, WA
A K-12 school-based opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services under a contract through the current school year. This full-time position supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade and offers a professional environment focused on student growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- State Department of Education certification if required
Location: Grandview, Washington
Work Type: Contract, school-based
Schedule: Full-time or part-time based on district needs
Duration: Through end of the current school year, with the possibility of renewal
