School Speech Language Pathologist - Mckinney, Texas

Your expertise will support a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students, focusing on comprehensive speech and language services, including evaluations and individualized IEP plan development. You’ll conduct both direct and indirect services while collaborating with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to help every child reach their potential.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- Experience with elementary student populations is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language assessments, therapy sessions, and IEP-related support
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and student records
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure students’ therapeutic goals are achieved
- Partner with families and teachers, offering guidance and resources for students’ continued development
