Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, In-Person – Franklinton, GA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person position in Franklinton, Georgia. In this role, you will deliver high-quality speech and language services to support students’ communication development, enhance functional skills, and promote meaningful academic growth. The ideal candidate will have school-based or pediatric experience and a strong commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility and reevaluation processes

Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to support carryover of communication strategies

Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements
-
Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development

Prepare materials and assist with organizational tasks related to therapy services
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Georgia SLP license or eligibility to obtain

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
