Elementary Middle School School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lake Worth, Florida

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Passion for fostering student progress and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in diverse grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Attend IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development when needed
