School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fairport, New York

This opportunity is for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services in a K-12 school environment for the 2025–2026 academic year. The position is a contract role based in the Rochester, NY area, serving students aged 3 to 22 within a district-wide setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to support communication skills.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage caseload effectively to meet diverse student needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid New York State license for Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working in school settings serving a wide age range is valuable.
- Candidates currently completing Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule and Environment:
- Up to 7 hours per day paid, aligned with a 7.5-hour workday including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
- Monday through Friday schedule supporting consistent student programming.
- Caseload details will be provided upon hiring.
- Location is in a vibrant Rochester, NY district dedicated to supporting student success.
