Job Summary
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Fairlawn, RI for the 2025–2026 school year. This onsite position serves a K–12 student population and is ideal for clinicians passionate about providing culturally responsive therapy to multilingual learners.
We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs). Supervision and mentorship are available for CFs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct bilingual speech-language evaluations and screenings for students across K–12

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings

Address a variety of communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic skills

Collaborate with general and special education staff, interpreters, and families

Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bilingual service logs and progress monitoring

Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
Qualifications
-
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Rhode Island SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)

Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English preferred)

CCC preferred but not required
-
Clinical Fellows welcome—supervision and support provided

Experience working with bilingual/multilingual students or in culturally diverse settings is highly valued
