Position Overview
Earlimart Elementary School is seeking a temporary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in grades PreK–5. This is a short-term assignment to support the district’s needs during the start of the 2025–2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech/language IEP goals

Conduct assessments, write reports, and attend IEP meetings as needed

Monitor student progress and maintain documentation

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
-
Provide services in both individual and small group settings
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP license and/or CTC credential
-
CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows considered)

School-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Must be available onsite for the full assignment duration
