This contract position offers an opportunity to support K-12 students in Denver, CO, as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) within a school setting. The role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders to enhance student learning and development throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Participate in meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) sessions, to advocate for student needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address communication disorders and support educational goals.
