This role offers an opportunity to provide impactful speech-language pathology services within a K-12 educational setting in Eugene, OR. The position is a contract assignment for the current school year, focused on supporting children with speech and language challenges to achieve their communication goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Developing and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Delivering engaging therapy sessions targeting specific speech and language objectives
  • Monitoring and accurately documenting student progress and outcomes
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care approaches
  • Involving and educating families to support student development and therapy reinforcement

Required qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Oregon
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Additional requirements:

  • Active state license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Oregon
  • Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
