A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within an early childhood educational setting, serving children aged 3 to 5 years. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children aged 3-5 years.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize therapy outcomes.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in relevant meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with early childhood populations, particularly ages 3-5.
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting and communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
- Commitment to supporting children’s communication and developmental goals.
Position Details:
- Full-time, 190-day contract
