A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the current school year in New Braunfels, TX. This contract position offers the chance to provide essential speech therapy services across multiple educational settings, including a high school, a middle school, and a nearby private school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students at a high school, middle school, and private school setting, ensuring individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support students’ communication needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and session notes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and accommodations.
- Provide assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment.
Qualifications:
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) preferred.
- SLP - School experience or certification.
- SLP - CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to work effectively in educational settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Details:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Onsite work at one high school, one middle school, and half-day at a nearby private school, all located in Buda, TX.
- Contract length from December 19 to the End of School Year (EOSY).
