Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Bristol, VT | $57–$62/hr
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Bristol, Vermont. This opportunity focuses on supporting Pre-K and Early Education students, helping young learners build the communication skills needed for long-term academic and social success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to preschool and early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP-related records
- Participate in meetings and contribute to educational planning for students receiving services
Qualifications:
- Active Vermont SLP license
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric, preschool, or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $57–$62/hr, based on experience and qualifications
