Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Federal Heights, CO
Setting: School-Based (Charter School)
Schedule: Full-Time | Full School Year (FSY)
Caseload: K–12 Students
Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per week 


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or pending CDE accepted

  • ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered if licensed appropriately)

  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Pay: $35+ per hour, based on experience


Position Details

  • Full-time assignment for the full school year

  • K–12 caseload

  • Onsite role providing direct student services

  • Strong opportunity for renewal for the following school year


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations

  • Develop, implement, and manage IEPs

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
