Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy to an early childhood caseload of 50-60 students
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support student communication development
- Collaborate with school teams to optimize therapy scheduling and service delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings to discuss caseload management and student progress
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, preferably with early childhood populations
- Ability to manage a full caseload while providing effective therapy services
