We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Bel Air, Maryland area for an immediate start through June 16, 2026. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a dynamic caseload schedule: September-October elementary, November-February middle school through high school, and TBD assignments from March-June. This position is covering FMLA and will transition to another position when that employee returns. We offer competitive compensation starting at $55-60 per hour and goes up from there based on experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experience working with K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse communication disorders
- Knowledge of school-based speech language pathology practices
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Flexibility to work with varying caseloads and age groups throughout the year
- Strong documentation and report writing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
- Commitment to full-time employment (37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday)
