Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students across grades K-12
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes aligned with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on student communication development
  • Ensure compliance with Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology licensing and school policies

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active state license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations in educational settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Commitment to student-centered therapeutic approaches

This part-time role involves approximately 20 hours per week with specific school assignments to be determined. The position is on-site only within the Portland metropolitan area and is not open to VOCO employees.
