Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of our trusted school district partners in the Atlanta, GA area for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position is open to virtual, local, and travel clinicians, perfect for professionals seeking flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in education.

Position Overview

As a valued member of the student services team, you will work with children from PreK through high school to address speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges. You will play a key role in evaluating needs, creating and implementing IEPs, delivering therapy, and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth.

Virtual Path (Remote W-2 Contract)

  • Flexible contract lengths with in- or out-of-state licensure support

  • Weekly gross: $1,800–$2,300+ (includes tax-free stipends for eligible travelers)

  • Travel reimbursement and relocation assistance

  • Credentialing and licensing assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students in individual and group settings (on-site or virtually)

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations

  • Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with Georgia state and district guidelines

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support consistent student progress

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and outcomes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility)

  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CF candidates considered

  • Prior school-based experience preferred

  • For virtual roles: reliable high-speed internet and comfort with teletherapy platforms

  • Must pass background and fingerprint clearance
