Speech and Language Pathologist in Arvada, CO
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Denver area, focusing on serving elementary-aged students within Aurora Public Schools. This is an onsite, contract role based in Arvada, CO, scheduled Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week, running from ASAP through May 21, 2026, with a strong possibility of renewal for the 2026/27 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students within assigned schools.
- Manage a caseload typically ranging between 25-45 students.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student communication goals.
- Participate in and bill for district professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance with district policies and complete required background checks and fingerprinting.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification.
- Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Experience with school-aged children, preferably elementary-aged students.
- Ability to work onsite within the district; this is not a virtual position.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
