A K-8 educational setting in Arvada, CO is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to provide specialized support to students. This contract role, lasting from December 1, 2025, to May 29, 2026, offers a caseload of approximately 35-40 students ranging from mild/moderate to moderate/severe needs within grades K through 8.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services tailored to individual student needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform intervention plans.
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings to collaborate on student accommodations and goals.
- Provide ongoing consultations with educators and families to support student progress.
- Manage referrals and documentation in accordance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working in K-8 school environments with diverse caseloads.
- Ability to handle a caseload of 35-40 students, including mild/moderate and moderate/severe needs.
- Must be CDE certified and able to provide current documentation.
- Onsite work only; candidates in Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) roles will not be considered.
- Commitment to 37.5-40 hours per week during the contract period.
