Starting Pay Rate:
Starting at $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy for students with speech/language needs

Develop and implement treatment plans based on evaluations

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Attend and participate in IEP meetings

Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
