Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Anchorage, AK. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for the current school year and the upcoming 2025/2026 school year. As part of a collaborative team, you will have access to district-provided resources and support from SLP Supervisors.

Caseload: PreK–12th grade (primarily elementary & early childhood intervention)

Onsite position with district-provided resources and support
Responsibilities
-
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff
-
Provide therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs
-
Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
-
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with families and team members

Participate in school-based meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
Required:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active state licensure as an SLP
-
CFY or CCC credentials
Preferred:
-
Experience working with K–12 students (especially elementary and early childhood)

Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
