We’re seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide virtual school-based services to K–12 students in Marion, Ohio. This remote role allows you to help students build fine motor, sensory, and functional skills that support classroom participation—all from a flexible home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized virtual OT sessions to students with diverse needs.

• Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility and IEP processes.

• Develop and implement intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Ohio OT license.

• Previous school-based experience preferred; virtual experience a plus.
