Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time, contract role within a K-12 school setting in San Marcos, California for the Spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. If you’re passionate about providing therapeutic support to students in an inclusive environment and working closely with educators and families, we’d like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Work full-time (37.5 hours per week) during the spring semester of the 2025-2026 school year.

• Provide OT services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a public school environment.

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success.

• Utilize advisory team resources, plan around a flexible schedule aligned with the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of California.

• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
