Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a fulfilling opportunity in the educational field? ProCare Therapy is currently seeking an exceptional SLP to join our team in Hollis, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy services to elementary school students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve students' communication skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Requirements:
- Valid New Hampshire SLP License
- CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
