Job Opportunity: School-Based SLPA
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in the Lafayette area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a school setting, supporting the efforts of our virtual and onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Position Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 20, 2024
- Days: 5 days a week
- Degree Requirement: Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Responsibilities:
- Assist the virtual and onsite SLP in delivering high-quality speech and language services.
- Support screenings and contribute to the Medicaid billing process.
- Serve as an onsite facilitator to enhance the effectiveness of the virtual SLP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
