Onsite Speech Therapist School Position
A great school district is now looking to hire a SLP for a current, full-time opening.  Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based job.  The director is ready to review resumes and interview candidates, so please apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities/ Duties/ Notes:

  • Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments
  • Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students’ needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication
  • Evaluations are completed upon parents or schools request, once evaluation consent is signed, they must be completed, along with case conference held, within 50 school days
  • Caseload: 2 different caseloads with being Kindergarten only and one is a 1st-5th grade building/  approximately 70 students with mostly speech impairment and language impairment along with developmental delay and autism


  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred
  • ASHA CCC’s are preferred but not required

Education/ Requirements:

  •  Indiana Speech Language License
  • **Master’s Degree required in Speech Pathology/ Communication Disorders**

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Position/ Starts ASAP until end of school year
Work Days/ Hours: Monday-Friday/ 37.5 Hours/ Week
