Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in addressing the communication and developmental needs of students. Working closely with educators, parents, and other stakeholders, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services that empower students to achieve academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student's unique requirements
Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and strategies for support at home
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities
Maintain accurate records of student services and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
Compliance with all federal and state licensing and certification requirements
Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
Commitment to advocating for the communication needs and overall well-being of students
