Job Title: Licensed SLP ( Speech Language Pathologist) 23/24 SY Location: Rohnert Park, CA 

Job Description: Currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students with various communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and social success
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations
• Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with children with a variety of speech and language disorders

Schedule and Hours:

• Full-Time Position: Hours and schedule to be determined (2023-24 school year)

• Willing to consider Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
