Your Role:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs in students.
- Create engaging therapy plans tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to ensure holistic support for student development.
- Provide therapy sessions in various formats, from one-on-one to group settings.
- Track and celebrate student progress as they reach new milestones.
What You Need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure/certification as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
- While experience in a school setting is a plus, new grads are encouraged to apply!
