July Start - Speech Language Pathologist Vacancy in Washington D.C.

ProCare is hiring for a Speech Language Pathologist for a year-round school in Washington D.C., starting in July. Read more below!

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as required.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Must be fully vaccinated as per the school's policy.

Requirements:

• Must have an OSS SLP Certification or ASHA CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Prior experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work year-round as this is a year-round school.
