We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders, as well as providing support and guidance to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address speech and language difficulties, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arkansas.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or educational setting, working with individuals with various communication disorders.
- Knowledge of standardized assessment tools and evidence-based treatment approaches.
