Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students, targeting speech articulation, language development, and communication skills.
  • Develop engaging and innovative activities that align with educational objectives and student progress.
  • Maintain detailed records, monitor outcomes, and communicate effectively with team members and families.


  • Valid Michigan state license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating effective therapy interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills for successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
