FULL-TIME | Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Available in Wilmington, DE

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team in Wilmington, DE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting. This is a contract position with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, and it is an onsite-only opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on communication and language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in the state of Delaware
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- No SLPA, but CFYs will be considered
